At the time of the Oshkosh fly-in, it was believed that we were nearly ready. Afterwards, it was decided that the business plan should project further into the future and include all of the details involved in creating, not only the prototype, but also the first kits and the type of facility required. This has taken a considerable amount of effort, but also has provided us with a much-improved view of the project.
